The total cost of projects recommended for funding through the FY 2027 - FY 2031 CIP is $17.8M. A 
breakdown of the total recommended funding over the 5-year time period is shown below:  
 
24 projects totaling $3,553,000 have been recommended for funding in FY 2027. Descriptions for 
these CIP projects are included below. 
 
     General Government 
Automated Bay Door Openers at Recycling Center Env Svcs $22,000 
This project will install bay door openers at the Recycling Center to allow staff to raise and lower 
bay doors quickly and safely. The project will promote a safe workplace and efficiency.  
 
Computer Upgrades IT $75,000 
This is an on-going project to replace outdated computers city-wide. The maximum useful age of a 
standard business class computer is 5 years.  
 
Server Infrastructure Refresh IT $58,000 
This project will replace current servers and associated networking equipment, which will be at the 
end of their useful lives. Replacing these servers ensures the performance, reliability, and security 
of the City’s IT infrastructure.
