Basketball Goal Replacement in Small Gym Parks Admin $40,000 
This new project will replace 4 total scoreboards in the small gym and the large gym at the 
Community Center. The current scoreboards are outdated and replacement parts are unavailable 
when they break.

Green Energy Projects Facilities $1,000,000 
This is a recurring project that focuses on various energy improvements, including HVAC 
replacement, lighting, and generators.  
 
 
Miscellaneous Flooring Replacement Facilities $20,000 
This is an on-going project for miscellaneous flooring replacement throughout city buildings. 
Public Works staff will determine which locations get new flooring based on age and current 
condition. 
 
City Building Backflow Testing and Replacement Facilities $25,000 
This project will complete required yearly testing on backflow assemblies. This will ensure water 
flow is going in the correct direction and will prevent contamination.  
 
Traffic Street Markings Engineering $50,000 
To comply with regulations and standards set by the Federal Highway Administration, this project 
is recommended to update roadway pavement markings. The markings will allow the City to 
maintain proper retroreflectivity on roads.
